The Horse at Disney's Animal Kingdom
Sunday, June 6, 1999 | Mary Phelps
The tree of life that is the central point of Disney’s Wild Animal Kingdom has a multitude of different animals carved into the surface, which becomes more apparent the closer one gets. During the inevitable wait in line for "The Bug Show" there is plenty of time to examine this creation and find as many animals as possible. Featured here is a Phelps Photo of a close up of The Horse, our favorite animal of course! A special thanks to Mark Potter the director of training for the human species, for showing us around Disney’s newest attraction. Some of our readers remember Mark as the director of the ring crew at the 1996 Dressage Olympic competition in Conyers, Georgia.
