McDonald’s accomplishments are many. She holds wins at both the 2005 and 2004 U.S. Grand Prix Freestyle/Championship/U.S. League Finals, 2003 Bayer Festival of Champions, U.S. Equestrian Team Grand Prix Championship, a Team Silver medal at the 2002 World Equestrian Games in Spain, and both Individual, Team Gold medals at the 1999 Pan American Games and placed third in the 2004 Athens Olympics She was named Equestrian of the Year by the American Horse Shows Association (USEF) in 1999, and as well as the 1999 United States Olympic Committee (USOC) Female Equestrian Athlete of the Year. In 2010, Debbie was named as the USEF Developing Dressage Coach. Team EnGaged Clinics are professionally hosted equestrian events based out of Lexington, Kentucky. It quickly progressed to an encompassing thought of rider-centric education that incorporates community participation. The goal of the group is to bring equestrian education through world class clinicians and premium facilities.
