On of the highlights of the Dressage in Florida winter season was the inaugural Phelpsphotos.com Leadline Series offered exclusively at the Palm Beach Dressage Derby Series.
With a large class each show, the quality of riding and horses was so superior, that the judges were all in agreement there was no way they could determine a winner, so blue ribbons went to all competitors, along with cupcakes baked by another class competitor, Dave and Tuny Page’s daughter Charlotte Page.
Guest judges for the Dressage at Equestrian Estates Show held April 1-3, were the illustrious international breeding judge Toin Hoefs from the Netherlands, and well known trainer and Judge Kathy Connelly shown here presenting a blue ribbon to Timmy Dutta, with his Dad, Tim Dutta Sr.
Hoefs, who made a special trip from the Netherlands to judge the class as well as check on his many clients who were competing with horses he has sold to the States. Toin Hoefs and Kathy Connelly are partners working together to provide a quality selection and service for Americans in search of horses in Europe.
