The final component in a new era at Hampton Green is Courtney King-Dye’s role in campaigning Grandioso, HGF’s 9-year-old stallion preparing for the Grand Prix.

During her month in Southern California in preparation for the Selection Trials, King-Dye worked Grandioso with Klaus Balkenhol and Steffen Peters.

At that time, the decision was made to bring Grandioso along with King Dye’s other two mounts—Mythilus and Idocus—to train for the month the team is quarantined at Aachen before departing for Hong Kong.

King-Dye plans to show her “Little Rock Star” sometime next year.

Hampton Green Farm has also just completed its 2008 foaling season.
