Exception is an imported 2009, 16.3 bay Dutch Warmblood gelding ready for his new partner to take on the show ring. He has a wonderful training and has a working mindset to just be there for his rider and do his job. He has an extensive show record in the Netherlands, where his latest competition was in 2019. He competed in the ZZZ class (equivalent to US Prix St. George classes) with a 68.71 and a first place.

Exception also has outstanding Dutch bloodlines, with his father being the famous Tango, known for his great accomplishments together with Hans Peter Minderhound. Exception’s grandsire is also the world known stallion, Jazz, who was recognized as the most significant sire for dressage breeding in the KWPN. On his mother’s side, Exception’s dam is T-Michaella, who is by Biotop. Biotop is most known as being the most successful dressage stallions in international dressage regardless of the breed under top rider Dr. Reiner Klimke.
