Now a protected venue, the Alachua County Equestrian Center continues to thrive, hosting the Southeast Dressage Show Series and Horse Shows in the Park, United States Equestrian Federation-sanctioned events.
Established in 1991 by Alan and Carlie Evans, the 212-acre facility quickly became a regional destination for horse enthusiasts. It hosts events almost every weekend, attracting riders from across the Southeast.
While development has reduced the size by forty acres, the facility maintains high-quality footing, stabling, and venue amenities, backed by a welcoming and well-organized management team.
