MT. Airy, MD – Dr. Ulf Moeller, trainer and rider of many World Championship Young Dressage Horses and Bundeschampionships winners and place getters, will be sharing his training principles and insights in a Young Horse Clinic being held on November 10 and 11, 2012 at GoodNess Ridge Farm in Mt. Airy, MD. “The young horse programs in the United States are doing very well, and what breeders are now producing is great quality. I’m particularly excited that Dr. Moeller has agreed to come and help point that quality in the right direction and give another resource to riders,” states Kelly Gage, owner of Team EnGaged. The clinic plans on featuring horses from three-year-old to seven-year-old in various stages of training and also from a variety of bloodlines. The clinic is also open to the public and is actively accepting riders and auditors.“This was created specifically for young horse riders and trainers, but Shari Glickman, the owner of GoodNess Ridge Farm, and I feel it would be a huge benefit for judges, and we have left it open to auditing,” continues Gage. “The goal is to create an open dialog in a relaxed setting so people may educate, ask questions and potentially connect with riders and breeders.” “This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from one of the world’s best young horse trainers in a clinic focused on the training, riding and judging of young horses.”Interested in riding or auditing?
