With the Florida competition season slowing down, and the weather heating up, we knew something had to be done to improve the management of our fly control. Tom DiCillo, National Sales manager of Pyranha Inc. calls Ocala home. Lucky for us and the Horse Capital Of The World.

Here are Ben Heatherly, Tom and Kyle DiCillo, with Tony Da Pony looking on. Talk about the royal treatment, having the head honchos out to personally manage our installation.

Recently signed on as the “Official Insect Control” Company for the World Equestrian Center, Pyranha is also the title sponsor for the Ocala Chamber of Commerce Equine Initiative. I am also a member and have shared many a meeting with them, including the one we horses on our farm in November.

The Pyranha Team came out this week and installed their “Spraymaster System” . It took pretty much all day to run the tubes, set up the spray nozzles properly and get us started. So many friends including my trainer, have the same system. No more ordering cans and changing batteries in our barn.

Now we are set for summer. Stay tuned for more Pyranha news and sponsored coverage on all things equine in Ocala, and around the country.

But wait that’s not all. Visit their website for a full line of wonderful products. This is a great family owned company, for over 40 years. Horsemen and women themselves who know what we need, including great personal service.
