Caroline Roffman of Lionshare Dressage is living the dream of every horse-crazy little girl: riding for her country, at the top of her sport, astride beloved equine partners. At the 2014 US Festival of Champions, she and Her Highness O (aka Hannah) placed sixth (72.760%) in the overall standings and producing such electric performances in the Grand Prix, Special, and Freestyle secured Roffman’s place among the top eight under consideration for the US Dressage squad for the World Equestrian Games in Normandy. The pair then traveled to Europe where they campaigned successfully at many major shows, including the CHIO Aachen. Earlier in 2014, Roffman rode Hannah to her first Grand Prix victory, producing a 71.360% (including 9’s for Hannah’s extended trot) at the Kentucky CDI3*. The win and final placing at Gladstone confirmed her as a serious contender for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.
