Thursday, January 15, FEI Driving Committee member Ed Young and members of the USEF Driving Technical Committee will offer a presentation on understand and implementing the new Star System for events/organizers, officials, and athletes (drivers). They have created a brief handbook that explains the system step by step; it will be available for distribution following the meeting.
