Christine Traurig and Etienne in Good Hands!

Since travelling to Europe this summer with the USET mini tour Christine Traurig and Etienne, an eleven year old Westfalian gelding by Ehrentusch out of Andora have remained in Germany in training with Johann Hinneman. The 1998 USET Festival of Champions Prix St George/Intermediare Champion chose to move up to Grand Prix rather than remain at the PSG/I1 level to qualify for the Pan American Games. Gaining valuable experience training and competing in Europe they had a respectable performance at the 1999 CDI-W Amsterdam placing 13th in the Grand Prix short test, December 4 just missing the top 12th placing for The Grand Prix Freestyle, led by Anky Van Grunsven and Gestion Bonfire.
