The Oklahoma State Fairgrounds has taken on a holiday look – with two inches of snow on the ground and more expected as the day goes on. But inside the arena, the big news is the completion of the second go of preliminary Non Pro futurity competition.In the Non Pro, the Friday night finalists have already been decided, with Mandy McCutcheon, Josh Hattig and Dr. James Morgan each qualifying two horses for the finals.Washington reiner Kim Lansidel won the Intermediate Non Pro Championship on Da Chics Tune and there was a three way tie for the Reserve title. Chad Clark on Ruf Catalyst won the Reserve title.In the Limited Non Pro division, Justin Zimmerman rode Little Super Smoker to the Championship, with Meaghan Shea on Peppys Double Chant winning Reserve honors.The Open second go will conclude this afternoon.For more information visit the NRHA web site at www.nrha.com or call the press room at 405-948-6719.
