ADS President Dan Rosenthal, recently sent a message to all members of the American Driving Society, announcing the recent agreement with the USEF, and moving forward in the best interest of the sport of Driving and Combined Driving for the USA.

Lexington, Ky. – US Equestrian, the national governing body for equestrian sport in the United States, hosted an official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly-completed, state-of-the-art headquarters located at the Kentucky Horse Park. The new building will provide a collaborative work space for more than 155 employees and service the organization’s 145,000 members, 11 breeds, 18 disciplines, and 20 affiliates. As part of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee family, the building proudly displays the official designation of the Olympic rings and the Paralympic symbol, and is located directly inside the main entrance at the iconic Kentucky Horse Park.

USEF is committed to the continued development of the sport of driving and will immediately begin a process to replace the ADS with a new Recognized Affiliate for driving.

From time to time, new products appear on the equine supplement market claiming to enhance a horse’s performance. Over the last several years, cannabinoids have gained increased attention and have become nearly mainstream.

Combined driving competitors have gathered at The Horse Park of New Jersey for a shot at winning a national title. Running October 12-14, the Garden State Combined Driving Event (CDE) welcomes 21 entrants across six USEF Preliminary Combined Driving National Championship divisions.
