Half A Million Dollars Raised in 48 Hours to Continue 2021 Land Rover Kentucky Three-Day Event
A fundraising campaign was started by athletes and fueled by the grassroots effort of the broader eventing community, generating more than $550,000 in donations to run the event. “While that still leaves us short of the amount needed, it is enough to convince us that the balance can be raised,” added Cooper. “We are now, with the assistance of the Kentucky Horse Park Foundation, committed to going forward with the Five Star.”

US Equestrian Hosts Official Grand Opening of New Headquarters at the Kentucky Horse Park
Lexington, Ky. – US Equestrian, the national governing body for equestrian sport in the United States, hosted an official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly-completed, state-of-the-art headquarters located at the Kentucky Horse Park. The new building will provide a collaborative work space for more than 155 employees and service the organization’s 145,000 members, 11 breeds, 18 disciplines, and 20 affiliates. As part of the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee family, the building proudly displays the official designation of the Olympic rings and the Paralympic symbol, and is located directly inside the main entrance at the iconic Kentucky Horse Park.
