Beautiful mare purchased from the Verden Elite Auction. This fascinating State Premium Candidate is a former Verden elite foal and was the best mare of the show at the age of three. She successfully completed her Mare Performance Test (rideability under a test rider – 9.5) and was placed at riding horse ability classes.
She is absolutely easy to ride and very comfortable to sit. In the 2007 show season, she consistently scored in the 70’s at Training Level Open, leaving her Champion or Reserve at every show when eligible. It should be noted that this mare has a wonderful mind and temperament and is reliable in all situations.
This mare has wonderful character and is a beautiful, modern, top dressage horse. Horses like this are very hard to find! La Coruna has gotten scores up to 66.7% at Second Level winning most of her classes in San Antonio on March 21-22. She received a GAIG qualifying score her first time showing Second Level at a recognized show! At the Texas Dressage Classic La Coruna was Second Level Open Champion for the show with scores to 68.5%. La Coruna moved up to Third Level at Championships scoring to 66.6% and winning all her classes– not bad for her first time out at Third!
