Wayzata, MN. – For 17-year-old Leesburg, FL, local Kanyon Walker, success has come from countless outlets, such as football and track, as he finds himself competing in three disciplines just like his horses. Walker and his undeniable talents have not gone unnoticed, and neither has his love for feeding Triple Crown to his top eventer.
Walker began riding at the age of six. “It was a birthday gone wrong,” he joked about his start with horses. Walker mainly rode hunter jumpers, but lucky for him, fate changed his path and pointed him to cross-country. He immediately fell in love with the confidence required to tackle the daunting cross-country courses and the precision of a dressage test, all at the same time.
Though Walker is becoming a stand out as an equestrian, he is already a star in other athletic and academic adventures, playing mainly corner back for his high school football team and running track up to the state level. Walker does all of this while maintaining a 3.65 GPA and attending a local college to obtain dual credit hours since his sophomore year of high school.

Walker’s stand out physical abilities and dedication to his education have not gone unnoticed, as he has received offers from Dartmouth, U Mass, Liberty University, the Naval Academy, West Point, and the Air Force Academy, just to name a few.
If you ask Walker what he wants to do when grows up, his answer may not surprise you - “Horses!” His passion and love for his off-the-track Thoroughbred gelding named Kenneth Street is undeniable. “Durango,” as Walker affectionately calls him, just did his first ever CCI 1* and Walker was blown away with how his horse stepped up and was “business like” for the weekend. An off-the-track Thoroughbred is a challenge to keep fit and healthy, but thankfully Walker was introduced to Triple Crown feed about three years ago. “The horses go better, they look better, and they just feel better,” Walker said of using Triple Crown. Feeding the best comes as no surprise when you look up to Mark Todd for his longevity and ability to adapt to the changes in the sport. Walker is honored and excited to be a Triple Crown brand ambassador.
When it comes to fulfilling performance horses’ nutritional needs during intense competition, there is no substitute for supreme quality feeds. Triple Crown feeds feature revolutionary formulations, premium ingredients and EquiMix®Technology, an innovative blend of advanced supplements, in every bag of feed.

Committed to supporting the dietary needs of horses across disciplines, Triple Crown was the first company to add prebiotics, probiotics, and organic minerals to its feed. Consumers can always rely on a corn free, ‘fixed formula’ recipe with added digestive enzymes that remains the same over time, regardless of rising ingredient costs.
