Parker, CO - While the Colorado Horse Park Summer In The Rockies has come to a conclusion for this summer, many competitors are leaving with new goals thanks to courses and sponsors. U.S. Olympic Show Jumping Gold Medalist Will Simpson has been ruling the Rockies this season, with victory after victory and the Vita Flex Victory Pass.

Simpson was this week’s recipient of the coveted Vita Flex Victory Pass Award, where he received an eye catching neck ribbon, and a bucket bursting with Vita Flex® products to try.

Simpson who resides in Malibu, CA running Will Simpson Stables came into this week with nine horses on his roster, showing in everything from the 5YO Young Jumper Qualifier to the $100,000 Summer In The Rockies Grand Prix. Simpson also won the Victory Pass Award on the talented seven-year-old mare Whoop De Doo, who competed in the 7YO Young Jumper Qualifier taking a first and second in the classes.

Whoop De Doo is by Mr. Whoopie and owned by Coxe Horses LLC. A tried and true horseman of elite caliber, Simpson is rarely one to take all the credit for his vast accomplishments. He is quick to praise his support system led by his wife and fellow international Grand Prix show jumper, Nicole Shahinian-Simpson, and his “once in a lifetime” ride, The Dude. When asked how he stays so energetic through his many competitions year after year, Simpson credited, “I think I am just trying to keep up with my kids! I have two great kids and they inspire me.”

Simpson seemed to thoroughly enjoy his rounds, “It was a real nice course. A lot of questions, everything you need to bring a young horse up.” And speaking of bringing up a young horse, Whoop De Doo has some big things in store for the coming months. “She feels like she is ready for the Grand Prix. We will take her to the 7-year-old finals at the end of the year and that will be enough for her this year.” Having heard of and used Vita Flex® products before, Simpson is no stranger to the benefits of their products.
