USEF Offers High School Scholarships To Graduating Student Pursuing their equestrian career during college

Lexington, KY – Applications are now being accepted for a new scholarship available for current high school seniors who will be continuing their equestrian career during college. The USEF High School Scholarship will provide a $1,000 grant to one graduating high school senior who will be pursing equestrian sport, either through an equestrian-related degree or on an intercollegiate equestrian team. Applicants must be active members of USEF and submit an essay to the USEF office by July 1 that answers the following questions:

1) Explain how the sport of equestrian has helped you reach your goals so far.

2) Explain how you plan to continue your involvement in equestrian sport during college.

3) Explain your future career goals after college.
