The first official USEF Short Format event is scheduled for January 2-3, 2021 at the beautiful Grand Oaks Resort in Weirsdale, Florida.

- USEF Entry form which as of this date, Dec 14, 2020 has not been updated for 2021, but is still the same, so be sure to change the date on the form.
- You will also need to provide the USEF Florida Waiver of Liability for each participant.
