Rebecca Sue Knollman of Knollman Dressage in Waynesville, Ohio, has had a whirlwind month.

August 25, she married Jeff Stromatt, went on dream honeymoon, then returned back to her business to ready Bingotti, a 2010 USA Bred Hanoverian Stallion for Dressage at Devon, the largest breed show un America for Dressage horses.

The beautiful 2010 USA Bred Hanoverian chestnut stallion by Bugatti x Wolkenfee/Krack C, owned and bred by Don and Kathy Swallwell from Manchester, Michigan, racked up the awards at Dressage at Devon 2018 winning the big one, Stallion Grand Champion, after setting the stage by earning first place with 83.8%  Four-Year-Old and Older Stallion, Mature Horse Grand Champion, and the Born in the USA Award.

Expert handler, Bruce Griffin III, whip handler Bruce Griffin II of Griffin’s Sport Horses presented the Stallion in the Dixon Oval.

At Dressage at Devon, the largest breed show un America for Dressage horses it doesn’t get any bigger and better than that.

Last year trainer Rebecca Sue Stromatt (formerly Knollman) owner of Knollman Dressage, Waynesville, Ohio, and Bingotti won 2017 USDF Region 2 Open Second Level Reserve Champion.

After Devon they will head for Lexington, Kentucky for the USDF Region 2 Dressage Championships October 11-14 at the Kentucky Horse Park.

To say the past month has been a whirlwind for Bingotti’s trainer Rebecca (formerly Knollman) Stromatt might be an understatment.

Still she continues to manage her successful business in Ohio, working with students, managing clinics with top trainers, and training horses. Always with a super eye Stromatt has purchased and developed many horses over the years from Europe.

Because of her impending wedding Stromatt was unable to participate in the Markel/USEF Young Horse Championships.

Moving forward she hopes to return next year with Bingotti in the Developing Horse Championships.

Looks like there's a good chance that will happen.
