For ambitious show-jumpers and dressage riders aged up to 21 there is no more important dates in their diaries at the end of the year than the “Aachen Dressage Youngstars” (23.-26.11.) and the “Aachen Jumping Youngstars – Salut Festival” (30.11.-3.12.). The international dressage riders kick the event off in 30 days’ time in the Albert-Vahle-Arena at the traditional showgrounds of the CHIO Aachen.

The search is on for the best of the best in three age groups (Ponies, Juniors and Young Riders). In addition to the sport, the focus will be on the “Aachen Dressage Late Night”, a show evening, which will feature among others Tristan Tucker. The trainer and instructor will not only pass on valuable knowledge, he is also a wonderful entertainer.

For over a quarter of a century the best young jumping talents have been heralding in the Advent season at the “Aachen Jumping Youngstars – Salut-Festival”. In four age groups they battle it out for the victories in the Grand Prix and for the Indoor Champion titles. Here the visitors are offered far much more than “just” sport too. With a visit from the CHIO mascot, “Karli”, a dog race and a lead-rein competition, the Saturday in particular is perfect for a family day out. Even Santa Claus has announced that he will be visiting the festively decorated arena.

Admission to both shows is free on all days. Furthermore, it is possible to park in the direct vicinity of the arena free of charge. All information is available online at and
