Tracey Hill and Floratanz Named Custom Saddlery Most Valuable Rider at Golden State Dressage Classic CDI2*

Rancho Murietta, CA – Consistency and correctness highlighted Tracey Hill’s rides at the Golden State Dressage Classic CDI2* in Rancho Murietta, California in mid June. She and Floratanz demonstrated their poise with top finishes in both the FEI 4-year-old test and Training Level Test 3, and for their success were awarded the Custom Saddlery Most Valuable Rider (MVR) award. Presented by Custom representative Stacey Berger, Hill received a Custom saddlpad, ribbon, and gift certificate.  The show management selected Hill because of her impressive performances aboard Floratanz.  In the USEF 4-year-old test, Hill and the Oldenburg mare (Fidertanz x Davignon) posted a score of 73.00%. Proving their consistency, they followed that with a score of 73.10% in Training Level Test 1. Hill, who is based out of Wyvern Farm in Martinez, California, also campaigned Alexa Kelly’s 13-year-old Dutch gelding Ulex (Krack C x Elisa) at Fourth Level, bringing in a blue ribbon with a 67.973.Custom Saddlery looks for teamwork between a horse and rider, outstanding performances, and excellent horsemanship to find a rider deserving of the Custom Saddlery Most Valuable Rider Award. Custom’s Stacey Berger was on hand at the show to present Hill with the MVR award, and said, “Congratulations again to Tracey and her beautiful mare. Her performances at Golden State speak for themselves and we hope to see her riding at winning at many shows in the future.”
