Tina Konyot and Calecto V (Come Back II—Bahera, Rastell) may have the highest single Freestyle score in the North American League with an impressive 76.77% but the pair were unable to attend the The IHS Champions Cup CDI-W in Loxahatchee, Florida this past weekend ending their bid for a spot in The REEM Acra FEI World Cup Final. Two scores are needed to qualify for the World Cup Final that is to take place in Sweden April 25-28. The bid for the World Cup ended when Tina sustained a cut to her knee which manifested into a hematoma that is keeping her out of the saddle for an undetermined time. The current leaders in the North American league are Canadian’s Jacqueline Brooks with D Niro and David Marcus with Chrevi’s Capital. Neither pair has stated their intent to compete so it is not yet known who will represent the North Americans.
