Wellington, FL – Many equestrians seek refuge from Florida’s heat wave in the Northeast, and this year ShowChic, an upscale dressage fashion boutique based in Wellington, Florida, will make the annual trip north. ShowChic’s mobile store will be on hand at some of the top shows throughout the 2013 USDF Northeast Fall Show season. With their elite brands and savvy equestrian apparel, ShowChic plans to attend competitions with their mobile shop beginning with a visit Cutler Farm, home of Olympic alternate and Pan Am Gold Medalist Heather Blitz, from September 10th – 15th and followed with a visit to Bill Warren and Bill McMullin’s Dry Water Farm in Stoughton, MA on September 12th, 2013. Not only will they offer their exclusive line of products at Dry Water Farm and Cutler Farm, they will also host “Wine & Cheese” events at the mobile boutique. “Our Wine & Cheese events offer attending equestrians the chance to convene, discuss, and enjoy the show while browsing through some of the newest and most functional equine sport clothing available on the market today,” commented Michele Hundt, owner of ShowChic.

As the season progresses, ShowChic will set-up shop at NEDA from September 18th – 21st as well as Dressage at Devon from September 24th – 29th, 2013. ShowChic will hold a champagne toast to celebrate the beginning of the 2013 Dressage at Devon CDI; and along with Equiline, ShowChic will be sponsoring the Turn Out Award at the Devon CDI jog, which will recognize the best and most fashionably dressed handler.

Finally, ShowChic plans to finish the season by returning south for the Region 3 Championships held on October 9th -13th at the Georgia International Horse Park in Conyers, GA.

Hundt said, “At ShowChic our goal is to put the rider in first place and we are pleased and excited to now offer exclusive apparel to riders year-round with our northern travel schedule.”

ShowChic carries everything the rider needs to dress for success in the dressage arena, including well-known brands like Animo, Kentucky, Cavallo, Arista, Flor da Liso, Pikeur, Back on Track, and Samshield.

“Whether you need couture for the show arena or the social scene, ShowChic is the ultimate source,” says Hundt.
