The YARD is a drama-free, carefully managed dressage barn that has hosted competitive rider boarders including Silva Martin, Mette Larsen, Adrienne Lyle, Maya Black, Missy Fladland and Jodie Kelly. The upcoming 2017 Show Season will also include Charlotte Jorst and Kastel’s Nintendo.

Fully fenced, gated 5-acre farm. CBS barn with wide concrete aisles, mats & aisle way fans. 28 stalls (12’x12′) featuring sliding doors, feed drop door, exterior windows, matted floors, automatic waterers and fly spray system. Three designated stallion stalls. Three air-conditioned tack rooms, full bath with shower and staff-operated commercial laundry, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave. Separate hay barn, shavings container and separate feed room with sink. Two H&C wash racks, two tacking racks, multiple crosstie areas with breakaway clips.
