Ready to Get to Work

We are semi settled in out Euro location for the next three months. We found a lovely cottage for a reasonable price in the village of Schipluiden, Netherlands. It is located just 2 miles from Manege Chardon, where I am boarding and training my four ponies with Bram Chardon. Living the dream of having daily access to top training in the sport of Combined Driving. I am finally able to do what I love, combined with the work that I love thanks to our incredible team. In my work as an equine insurance agent with Markel Corp, and a photo journalist and long time member of the IAEJ, I can combine my passion with my job. My website - horsesdaily.com is now 22 years old, one of the longest most enduring websites on equestrian sport. It requires daily management, and along with my team we are always updating news as well as programming. 

It's not really a job, when you can stay connected like this. But it's not all play and no work either. 

So today I stay in touch with Bram as he has begun driving at 8, when we can begin work together (11 am) and Teagan our excellent groom who is caring for ponies and living at Chardon's. Then I will walk to the stables
