Top polo players such as Hilario Ulloa and Facundo Pieres will make a return to the Nespresso 40-Goal Challenge.

Wellington, FL - Polo enthusiasts will once again have the opportunity to watch eight of the greatest international polo players compete in the Nespresso 40-Goal Challenge event on Saturday, February 13 at the International Polo Club Palm Beach in Wellington, FL. These polo megastars will generously donate their time to benefit the Polo Players Support Group (PPSG), an organization established to provide financial assistance to seriously injured or ill polo players, grooms and other members of the sport.

Polo's brightest stars such as Adolfo Cambiaso, Facundo Pieres and Polito Pieres will all play together in a spectacular demonstration of polo that is the highest level played anywhere in the world. "We are so grateful to these players for giving up their time to play in this unique match," said event organizer Dave Offen. "Anyone who is interested in polo will surely enjoy this exciting display of incredible talent and exciting polo action."

The day's event will also feature a silent auction and dinner to benefit the PPSG. Some of the auction items include: vacations to Costa Rica and Casa de Campo, player's jerseys, a week in Argentina with Mariano Aguerre, original artwork, jewelry, polo equipment and much, much more.

Events such as the Nespresso 40 Goal Challenge and silent auction have afforded the PPSG to disperse more than $1.9 million in assistance grants to 60 different players and grooms who suffered a serious injury or illness.
