Yvette Pickrel and her lovely Dutch mare Prestiche swept the Amateur Intermediere I both Friday and Saturday with a 70 and 66 percent respectively. Pickrel who rides with Nick Wagman in Rancho Santa Fe was delighted with the mare’s show.“She is really quite spooky. At home, she will choose one thing to worry about each day. She is tricky to ride, but can do it all in the arena,” says Pickrel.Elizabeth Keadle found her “boyfriend, Radley” on the internet at the site of a farm where she and Nick have often found horses. She and Radley also claimed FEI honors for the Wagman Training Stables in the Amateur Prix St. George, winning both days.

Esther Davis, who rides for Steven Spielberg and wife Kate Capshaw’s Dogwood Farms, brought baby Zackary to watch the show.When asked if she feels pressure riding for such famous individuals such as Spielberg’s, Esther responded, “They are so supportive.
