Omega Alpha Healthy Horse Award Salutes Fritz San Tino Ridden by Natalie Pai at Adequan Global Dressage Festival

Wellington, FL - Hanoverian gelding Fritz San Tino has only been partnered with Wellington, Florida rider Natalie Pai since September, but his shining performances and shimmering condition made them a hands-down winning choice for the Omega Alpha Healthy Horse Award at the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida. “The show season has been going really well for the most part,” the Junior/Young Rider told Omega Alpha Pharmaceuticals, Inc. while accepting her Omega Alpha Healthy Horse Award commemorative ribbon and prize basket filled with Omega Alpha equine supplements and health products.

Pai shared that the radiant good looks and fitness level of the 17-hand black Hanoverian (Falkenstern II x Wanessa) gelding owned by her mother, Melanie Pai, come from their training and nutritional program: “Our program is to ride him six days a week, plus a good hack, and a day off, combined with lots of good nutrients.” The Pai family, originally from Houston, Texas, keeps facilities in both Wellington, Florida and Middleburg, Virginia.

“He’s just a horse who really, really tries for you. He’s lots of fun and does the best he can,” the young USDF Bronze medalist said.

The results speak for themselves, as Pai and her 13-year-old partner shone as brightly in the ring as outside of it, delivering an exceptional 70.789 percent score to place first in their FEI Young Riders Prix St Georges Team test at the largest and richest dressage show in the world.

“Next for us, we hope, are the North American Junior/Young Rider Championships and then Festival of Champions in August,” Pai grinned. She is grateful that the Omega Alpha products that they earned will be with them every stride of the way.
