NRHA’s Newest Three Million Dollar Sire

The National Reining Horse Association is pleased to announce that Magnum Chic Dream recently reached another milestone in his breeding career by becoming NRHA’s newest Three Million Dollar Sire. Owned by Viola Scott, Sherman, Texas, the 1996 sorrel American Quarter Horse currently stands at Casey & Kathy Hinton’s Cedar Ridge Stallion Station in Whitesboro, Texas.
Magnum Chic Dream was bred by Guy Du Ponchel of France. He is by NRHA Hall of Famer and Six Million Dollar Sire Smart Chic Olena and out of Sailin Barbee by NRHA Hall of Famer and Million Dollar Sire Topsail Cody. In the show pen, the talented stallion was a force to be reckoned with; earning more than $44,000.

•1999 NRHA Futurity Open finalist, Intermediate Open finalist, and Limited Open Reserve Champion with NRHA Professional Patti Brownshadel
•2000 NRHA Derby Intermediate Open Co-Reserve Champion with Patti Brownshadel
•2004 AQHA Senior Reining World Champion with NRHA Professional Casey Hinton
