Wellington, FL – The Horse of Course presented Nadine Burberl with the Horse of Course High Score Award for her ride on Borrett, a 7-year-old Dutch Warmblood (x Florrett). The team topped all the rest at the Adequan 2013 Global Dressage Festival Florida Dressage Classic CDI-W by scoring a 76.053% in the Second Level Test 2 class. “It was very exciting that he was so consistent throughout the test,” Burberl said about Borrett. “Every moment that I ride this horse is a highlight,” she continued, “He is simply a joy to ride, and I feel very blessed to be able to show this horse!” Burberl is a member of the Piaffe Performance team, headed up by Dr. Cesar Parra. “I am especially grateful to my coach, Dr. Cesar Parra, who made it possible for me to show him, as well as to Borrett’s owners, Sarah and Michael Davis.” Along with his award winning team member, Parra himself had a great show, riding Van the Man, who is also owned by Sarah and Michael Davis, to win all three of his Grand Prix classes with scores exceeding seventy percent. As always, The Horse of Course was on hand to make sure Burberl, Parra and the entire Piaffe-Performance Team had everything they needed for a successful show, and to ensure they look their best while riding into the ribbons.
