The Morocco Royal Tour joins the CSI5* Longines Global Champions Tour de Chantilly (France)

The Morocco Royal Tour (MRT) announces its official participation to the Jumping International de Chantilly, tenth leg of the prestigious Longines Global Champions circuit, taking place in France from July 16th to 19th, 2015. On an exceptional site, near the castle of the Duc d’Aumale and the Great Stables of the Prince of Conde, which are among the most famous in the world, the great champions will be present to glean world FEI / Rolex ranking points and in five other classes.

No less than 25 of the top 30 riders in the world will be there for three days of competition at the highest level in the heart of the capital of the horse. On this occasion, a delegation of the MRT will come to Chantilly and will present the concept of the competition and the conditions of its progress.

Created in 2010 under High Instructions of His Majesty The King Mohammed VI, and chaired by the Prince Moulay Abdellad Alaoui, the Morocco Royal Tour is the main international equestrian competition in Morocco. The 6th edition will be held over three successive weekends, from October 2nd to 18th 2015 in Tétouan, Rabat and El Jadida. Under the aegis of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) the MRT counts 15 classes counting for the FEI Ranking List including three CSI 3*W Grand Prix, endowed with 450 000euros and qualificatives for the World Cup.

Organised by the Moroccan Royal Federation of Equestrian Sports, Horse Association of El Jadida Show and the Royal Guard, the MRT is at the forefront of world equestrian competitions calendar. Since its inception, it has hosted twenty nations, prestigious riders and world stars of show jumping, medalists at Olympic Games, World Equestrian Games and various continental championships.
