We just had the time of our lives at The Hermitage Classic Driving Trials, near Louisville, KY at the historic Hermitage Farm. Once a breeding facility for top thoroughbred racehorses, owners Steve Wilson and Laura Lee Brown have purchased the 800 acres destined for development and created a world class driving facility. I am packing and loading today but have a more extensive story and photos to be published later this week. Meanwhile here are a few photos JJ took, and the cross country image is by my good friend Shirley McQuillan (owner of dressage HP horse Rhett).

My little ponies had an equipment malfunction (lost a rein) during dressage, but were good and finished the test and cones, and we rocked cross country to win our division, which was a piece of cake since we were the only entry in Training level pony pairs. Thanks to Sterling Graburn and Carrie Ostrowski of Gayla Driving Center.
