Everdale – 2009 KWPN Stallion (Lord Leatherdale x Negro)
Everdale is a well-developed stallion that exhibits a beautiful dressage type. He has a strong topline with a well-connected loin and good muscling. His gaits are scopey and powerful with abundant elasticity and in his KWPN report he was particularly praised for his canter. Everdale is honest and diligent in his work and gives his rider a very positive feeling. These traits contributed to Everdale being named Champion of his Stallion Performance Test in 2012 with a total of 87 points. All his scores were 8 or higher, and he received scores of 9 for the walk, canter, rideability, and attitude. It was these same traits that allowed Everdale to commandingly win the 2013 PAVO Cup for 4-Year Olds, topping a field of 92 horses and earning an impressive score of 10 from his guest rider.
