The Paddock Club overlooks the Ocala Horse Properties Stadium and is open all 10 weeks of the HITS Ocala Winter Circuit. Featuring a new frame tent with solid surface floor and new china dishes, the Paddock Club will serve complimentary breakfast and lunch each show day, in comfort and style. The Paddock Club will feature meals prepared by the trained culinary staff of the Diamond Mills Hotel & Tavern in Saugerties, New York. A specialty menu created by Executive Chef Giuseppe Napoli, as well as complimentary beer and wine service, will be offered throughout the weeks of the Furusiyya FEI Nations CupTM (Week V, February 11-15) and the Great American $1 Million Grand Prix (Week X, March 18-23).
