Haflinger stallion Nakuri with Herbert Rietzler, first in dressage after day one of competiton at the FEI World Driving Pony Championships 2017.
In the first day of competiton at the FEI World Driving Pony Championships Minden 2017, the judging panel was not giving any gifts. With 41 entries, none of the competitors, all world class scored under a 50 penalty points, and only the top six were under 55.
The gleaming Haflinger stallion Nakuri and his German driver Herbert Rietzler who were the 11th starter of the day. The scored a 50.67 to hold the lead, setting the stage for the team competition, with Germany ahead after the first of three days of Dressage.
Reitzler, owns and operates Rietzler Pferdhof, in Bayern, Germany.
