Law # 4 – Your Habits are your life.
Sounds dramatic, right?
But think about it: Life is full of habits. Much of your day consists of successions of actions that have become more or less automatic. If you have a habit of always hanging your head and looking down, you will leave little time to make decisions about adjusting your horse’s stride. You also won’t have a good sense of rhythm and speed. And if you do nothing about your habit of looking down, your sense of rhythm and speed will not improve.
Extinguishing bad habits involves cultivating new ones. And that work must be on the subconscious level. Make good habits and they will make you.
