Verden - The 7th Herwart von der Decken-Show will take place in Verden on Wednesday, August 6. This breeding highlight will open the International Dressage and Show Jumping Festival with the World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses. The best three-year-old Hanoverian mares of the regional breeding clubs are shown to the public at this mare show. The mares are presented in different classes, separated according to dressage and show jumping mares. Quality of movements, conformation and type are the main features evaluated on the triangle. The free jumping under the open sky, one of the highlights of this event, is well worth seeing. There will also be a class especially for the halfbred mares. The Champions and Reserve Champions will be honoured during the final rings when all Champions of the single divisions will be presented one more time.The Herwart von der Decken-Show is always of special importance to breeders and horse enthusiasts.
