Gucci Paris Masters 2014 Special Edition Foulard

Gucci Creative Director, Frida Giannini, has designed an exclusive silk twill foulard in honor of Gucci’s sponsorship of the Gucci Paris Masters, the prestigious International Show Jumping event which takes place for its 6th edition in Paris from December 4th to December 7th 2014.
Measuring 90 cm x 90 cm, the foulard’s unique design, a reflection of this year’s official emblem, features iconic Gucci symbols from the House’s equestrian heritage. The beauty of this one of a kind piece lies in its impeccable craftsmanship. The design was realized entirely by hand using a special water color method. Each piece was then hand printed using a serigraphic technique. The edges of the fine silk twill, meanwhile, have been finished entirely by hand using an Italian technique.
Underscoring the exclusivity of the event and this tribute piece, the scarf will be a limited edition. The foulard, which retails for 315 euros, will be on sale during the Gucci Paris Masters in Gucci’s temporary store located in the “Prestige Village” of the competition grounds from December 4th to December 7th 2014
