FEI WORLD BREEDING DRESSAGE CHAMPIONSHIPS FOR YOUNG HORSES | BREEDING NEWS
Yesterday, the spectators witnessed a very special afternoon and evening in Ermelo. After a fantastic final for five-year-old horses, two KWPN-ambassadors, the super stars Glamourdale (Lord Leatherdale x Negro) and Hermès N.O.P. (Easy Game x Flemmingh), were honoured together with their breeders and owners.
Prior to the award ceremony, the double gold and bronze medalists of WC Herning treated the crowd to a dazzling show in which they showcased why they are two of the best dressage horses in the world. The phenomenal canter of Glamourdale and the astounding piaffe of Hermès N.O.P. send the crowd into ecstasy and was rewarded by a standing ovation.
Of course, the breeders and owners of the two horses were also put in the spotlight. Family Rodenburg were celebrated for breeding the stallion Glamourdale of Gertjan and Anne van Olst. While Hermès N.O.P. was accompanied by his breeder family Gijsbers and owners Joop and Renate van Uytert and family Anker. A big thank you to all these parties involved for their patience, time and effort they have put into breeding, training and preserving these fantastic dressage stallions.
