Jocelyn Wiese - Student/Rider/Trainer

Commuting in her early years from Keene, NH to train with Lendon Gray in NY, Wiese leaned to divide her time between horses, school and family. She then finished high school in three years to free up two years to ride and work for Pam Goodrich. She enrolled at University of Boca as a freshman taking evening classes, while working in Florida and University of Maryland, while working at Hilltop Farm. “It’s tricky to juggle and fit everything in but I enjoy school and my parents support me with tuition.”

Jocelyn graduated from the University of Maryland-College Park with a degree in Government and Politics in December 2010, then headed straight to Florida to work and show.

To add to her resume, Jocelyn is applying to law schools in the New England area, with a special interest in Equine Law. In the spring of 2011, she returns to NH to establish her own equestrian business.
