Wellington, FL - Carol Cohen, a real estate agent with Keller Williams and a longtime resident of Wellington, Florida, has recently launched her new equestrian lifestyle website Cohen, who is heavily involved in Wellington’s equestrian community, is looking forward to sharing her business and her passions with people who are searching for a new home or who are interested in learning more about the equestrian lifestyle that Cohen loves.

Visitors to Cohen’s new website can view properties that she is representing as part of her growing real estate business. Prospective home sellers will also be able to learn how Cohen can help them stage their homes to get the most out of their properties when it comes time to sell their homes.

The elegant website will also give visitors a glimpse into who Cohen is as a person. As a life-long equestrian, Cohen has dedicated herself to equestrian sports in ways such as being a founding member and sponsor of the Adequan Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, where she is the presenter of the Global Dressage Visionary Award. The Global Dressage Visionary Award recognizes top equestrian professionals and enthusiasts who, like Cohen, are dedicated to the sport and to the preservation of Wellington’s equestrian heritage. To learn the unique stories of Global Dressage Visionary Award recipients, visit Cohen’s website.

Because of her longstanding involvement with the Adequan Global Dressage Festival, Cohen was also asked by United States Equestrian Dressage Team Chef d’Equip, Robert Dover, to co-sponsor the 2016 inaugural Global Dressage Festival leadline division. The leadline classes, which were held on Friday nights before the Grand Prix Freestyle exhibition, were so successful that there are ongoing plans to expand that program into 2017 and beyond.

While being heavily involved directly in the dressage community, Cohen also serves the greater Wellington Community on the Wellington Equestrian Preserve Committee. The Wellington Equestrian Preserve Committee was created by Wellington’s Town Council to help regulate development within a designated 9,000-acre Equestrian Zone. The main mission of the seven-member Equestrian Preserve Committee is to identify and encourage the types of land uses that are supportive of the equestrian and rural character of Wellington.

Visitors to Cohen’s website can learn all about these initiatives, and also check out the latest edition of Equestrian Living Magazine, of which Cohen is the Editor-At-Large. Equestrian Living Magazine brings its national readership bimonthly updates on the finest equestrian products, destinations, and lifestyle stories.
