Closing day FEI EC Dressage 2011 Rotterdam Sold Out

is not even over yet, or the summer championships are already asking for action and preparation. This week on April 27th the few remaining tickets for the closing day of the FEI European Dressage Championships 2011 in Rotterdam were sold. On Sunday August 21st the Grand Prix Freestyle is the highlight and final competition for the 2011 championships. However, tickets for the other days of the 2011 championships can still be ordered at, although tickets for the Saturday program are limited as well. Passe-partouts (for all days) are no longer available.

"We are working forward to an enormous event here in Rotterdam," says Frans Lavooij, president of the organizing committee at the FEI European Dressage Championships. "I expect the tickets for the other days, especially the Saturday Grand Prix, will sell out soon. And that, almost four months before the event actually starts! We have received ticket orders from all over Europe. It's good to feel that fans like to share emotions and actions in Rotterdam and like to be present when the new European Champion is crowned."

"Excellent that all tickets for the Sunday program are sold already. Good to know that people support the event. Not only here in the Netherlands, but also in the rest of Europe," according to Heleen Crielaard, head of sponsoring at the biggest sport sponsor in The Netherlands, Rabobank.

In the known environment of the Kralingse Bos in the biggest Eurpean harbour-city of Rotterdam a new grand stand is build for the near future of the CHIO Rotterdam. First time in use will be the EC Dressage next August. Tickets for the closing Freestyle Day have already been sold out.
