There is a reason it is voted the #1 horse show in the world: On the final day of competition, a crowd of 75,000 all waves a white hankie during the Parade of Nations. As the teams of competitors from around the world, circle the arena the size of three football fields, they also have a hanky and return the wave. This is known as "The Aachen Wave" a tradition of the show now celebrating its 62nd year.
