“What excites me every day is the pursuit of excellence,” said Chester Weber, an 20-time U.S. Equestrian Federation Four-in-Hand National Champion.

Weber has been surrounded by horses his entire life. Growing up on his mother’s thoroughbred racing farm, in his early years he dreamed of being a jockey. This is when he connected with his father’s Clydesdale. After trying to ride the horse multiple times, they decided to give driving a try. This is when his passion was ignited and he developed a love for driving.

“It’s something like poetry in motion, it’s such a connection with horses,” said Weber.

It was his precision to detail and competitive nature that led him to prestigious accolades over the span of his career, even being the first American to win an Individual Silver Medal in the Four-in-Hand FEI World Driving Championships in 2008.
