Air Conditioned Dressage Shows At WEC Coming Right Up

OCALA, Fla. – World Equestrian Center has released the official prize list for its upcoming USEF Level II-rated World Equestrian Center Dressage XIV competition, scheduled for Friday, August 27, 2021, and the World Equestrian Center Dressage XV competition, scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, August 28, and 29, 2021, at the state-of-the-art World Equestrian Center – Ocala facility.

Entries for World Equestrian Center Dressage XIV and XV will close on August 12, 2021. Both competitions will host divisions ranging from USEF Training through to Grand Prix level and offer Great American Insurance Group (GAIG)/United States Dressage Federation (USDF) qualifying and opportunities to earn points for year-end awards.

Dressage competitors can look forward to escaping the Florida summer heat by competing in climate-controlled indoor arenas, warming up in indoor schooling areas, and keeping their horses comfortable in climate-controlled barns that feature giant fans for optimum airflow.

Throughout 2021, World Equestrian Center – Ocala continues to host dressage competitions ranging from Level II to international CDI competition sanctioned by the Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI), the international governing body for equestrian sport. All dressage shows at World Equestrian Center in 2021 are USEF/USDF rated.

The remaining World Equestrian Center – Ocala dressage competition dates for 2021 are as follows:

  • August 27 - Level II August 28-29 - Level II
  • October 21-24 - CDI3*
  • December 9-12 - CDI3*
