Since 2018, Discover Dressage, a 501c3 and AEGT have helped to raise funds for the USEF Emerging Athlete Program for Dressage, Robert Dover Horsemastership Clinic Week (RDHCW) Presented By Zen Elite Equestrian Center, Lendon Youth Dressage Festival Midwest, Florida Youth Dressage Championships, Youth Dressage Programming at the Festival of Champions and FEI North American Youth Championships.

The 2024 Robert Dover Horsemastership Clinic Week (RDHCW) Presented By Zen Elite Equestrian Center, kicked off Thursday, January 3rd and continued through Sunday, January 7th, 2024, at the Adequan® Global Dressage Festival in Wellington, Florida. This highly anticipated event signifies the start of the winter season.

The purpose of the annual RDHCW is to develop the next generation of U.S. Dressage Team talent. Participants received instructions from industry professionals on topics related to training, competing, and horse care. This year’s clinicians for the riding sessions of the RDHCW were Ali Brock, Katherine Bateson-Chandler, Katie Duerrhammer, and Sarah Tubman.
