2023 Florida Horse Park Spring Fling Combined Driving Event Now an FEI Event

Ellen Ettenger, show manager of the Florida Horse Park Spring Fling Driving Event has just announced the the event to be held February 23-26 2023 will have the status of an FEI competition. This creates additional opportunities for US and Canadian Drivers to achieve the requirements of the FEI for reaching their 3* goals . A full FEI Para Division will also be added, adding more opportunity to the growing number of US Drivers in this Division.

USEF Para Driver Tracy Bowman won individual Gold for the USA in 2021, and the field of Para Drivers continues to grow.

USA Kicks off FEI Combined Driving Calendar

This is an important development in the FEI Calendar for 2023 as the USA is the first to kick off the 2023 FEI Calendar for the Combined Driving World Championships for Horse Pairs and Ponies begins at The Florida Horse Park. 

There are requirements for those in Combined Driving to reach the 3* status, by completing sanctioned events, and the management of this competition recognises the importance of creating this opportunity for drivers in the USA and Canada who come to Florida for the winter to train and compete.

USA Driving kicks off the 2023 season in style at the Florida Horse Park. Plans are currently underway for sponsorship management as well as booking the ground jury to be announced soon.
