2015 HITS Saugerties Series Prize List is Now Available

 

WHAT'S NEW AT HITS-ON-THE-HUDSON?

FEI 5* Rating
The Fédération Equestre Internationale earlier this year approved the Saugerties $1 Million Grand Prix, presented by Wells Fargo, as a CSI-5* event. Based on the prize money and the ranking, this class is the highest-ranked class in the United States this year.

Stal Hendrix Pre-Green Futurity
The $25,000 Stal Hendrix Pre-Green Futurity offers young hunters the spotlight during the HITS Championship, September 2-6. The inaugural class offers a guaranteed $25,000 purse, plus add-backs from all nominated horses. Interested competitors are encouraged to nominate their Pre-Green horses early, as the class is expected to draw sizeable entries. Click here for the entry form.

The Paddock Club
The Paddock Club, a full-service mobile kitchen, will now offer a secondary food service option near the Hunter Stadium. Pick up fresh, healthy meals, snacks, and beverages to enjoy on-the-go, or relax in the covered seating area.

Legend VIP Pavilion
Enjoy the horse show in style! Diamond Mills Hotel & Tavern Executive Chef Giuseppe Napoli, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, returns to craft gourmet fare for VIP guests to savor, while viewing the Grand Prix from the best seats in the house. Grounds Upgrades
A newly designed Jumper Ring 1, additional paving near the Gold and Silver Barns, and increased recycling facilities are just a few of this year’s improvements at HITS-on-the-Hudson.

HITS CHAMPIONSHIP - SEPTEMBER 2-6
This year’s HITS Championship, aptly named “The Richest Weekend in Show Jumping,” includes four FEI-ranked classes, including the Saugerties Million, along with the Platinum Performance and Diamond Mills Hunter Prix Finals, the Stal Hendrix Pre-Green Futurity, and the Vetera® XP Vaccines Junior/Amateur-Owner Jumper Prix. This year’s HITS Championship offers the most classes and largest prize purses yet!
