Jim and Lauren have plans for the fillies in the future for breeding, Gratziana to Parco (by Darco) and Grat C’zia Torina to Clinton (by Corrado). They also have Oscarach, a four year old stallion by Touchdown (Galoubet X Lady Willpower) out Coolrain Prince (Blue Henry).

Touchdown was the highest placed Irish Horse at the Barcelona Olympics and also the winner of the Aga Khan Trophy. Some of this stallion’s offspring have shown to be on the top at WEG, World Cup and Grand Prix.

“I’m so excited about him (Oscarach) and really looking forward to competing him in the Young Jumper Championship classes in 2009.” Lauren adds.

Recently, through a strange turn of events, Jim and Lauren found themselves owners of a Thoroughbred mare, Jubilee Jig (Mr. Prospector X Northern Dancer). “I guess we’re going to try a little Thoroughbred racing” Jim states, laughing and shaking his head. “What’s next?”

They would like to give racing a try but look beyond racing to a breeding, and are looking at Jump Start Farms’ (located in Lexington, Kentucky) Danish stallion, Cobra One (CapetownS X Carano).

“We’re really excited about this stallion and the possibilities.” Jim adds, “We keep going back to Jumpstart Farm to look for stallions of quality and they continue to show us just that.”
